10 / Disputes
Informal resolution and arbitration
Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, you and Focused Exterminators agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. We will use the contact information you provide to respond.
Except for eligible small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief concerning unauthorized website use or intellectual-property infringement, disputes arising from the website or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than a jury trial or class action, to the extent permitted by law. The arbitration may be conducted remotely or in the county where you live or work, or in Collin County, Texas, by a mutually agreed provider under its consumer procedures. You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action waiver by sending written notice to legal@focusedexterminators.us within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the email or phone number used with the website, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect the remaining Terms.

Governing law and venue
Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, governs these Terms and disputes that are not subject to arbitration. To the extent a court action is allowed, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in or serving Collin County, Texas, and waive objections to personal jurisdiction or venue to the extent permitted by law.

Copyright and intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the website, text, design, logo, graphics, photographs, code, and arrangement of content are owned by or used with permission by Focused Exterminators and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Entire agreement
